NEW TEAM MEMBER

Runström New Head of Sales & Marketing

Shogun Yachts are happy to announce our latest addition to our team – Mats Runström – who will be in charge of sales and marketing. Mats have been working in the yacht industry for over a decade as an agent for brands like Elan and Grand Soleil, but is mostly known as a driving force behind Fareast’s international expansion.

Shogun Yachts enters a new chapter in 2021 with the build and launch of the second model, the Shogun 43. With an already good interest for the new model, Shogun has been in search for someone to work directly with customer relations. Mats comes with a broad experience in yacht sales and unique knowledge in bringing a new brand to the international yachting scene. This matches well with Shogun’s ambitions to broaden the market reach and brand awareness throughout Europe and internationally.

Mats started working with the team already in December 2020 and we are looking forward to a busy 2021!

Stockholm Boat Show

Allt för sjön

Thank you to those who visited us at the boat show Allt för Sjön in Stockholm. We feel like we had a great event even though the show had to close down early due to Covid-19. We received plenty of heartful and positive comments for the Shogun 50 and many curious questions about the Shogun 42.6. So thank you for a great show!

For the first time, the Shogun 50 was on display at an indoor boat show. Visitors had the opportunity to talk directly to the initiator, yacht designers, project manager and boat builders behind the Shogun 50. Allt för Sjön was held in Stockholmsmässan and the show went from 7th to the 15th of March. Read more about the show at their official website, alltforsjon.se.

Both parties aim to share experiences that will lead to further development of innovative ideas. The race is a solo sailing of 4,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean with a pit stop in the Canary Islands. It is sailed in the Classe Mini boats, which has a maximum length of 6.50 m.
